For today I'm going to share with you guys about the pastillage. We were going to make round gift box by using the pastillage.

Enjoy the pictures.......

Mix the 1kg of icing sugar, 10gm of gelatine powder, 50ml water and 50ml vinegar.

By using hand to mix it

Rolled it to make the parts of the gift box

Design the cover of the gift box with your own creativity

Assembled those parts by using icing mixture

Trimmed the box and ready to present

Finished and rest it for awhile

Chocolate Work

Hi..........

Ready for Chocolate Work? Feel exiciting to make this for your  centrepiece of your event! It's really fun to make it.

Enjoy the pictures.......

Prepared a block of chocolate

Melt the chocolate slowly and ensure there's no lumpy inside the chocolate. Take out the half of the chocolate to make the plastic chocolote. And the rest for make the gift box of chocolate

 

Cold the chocolate and beat in the mixer to make it dough. This is for plastic chocolote

Make a roses for garnish the gift box by using plastic chocolate

For gift box, spread the chocolate evenly on a tray with a thickness 1cmx1cm. And take the manilla card to cut the chocolate for make the gift box

Then, assembled all the parts of chocolate to make it square gift box. Use the chocolate to assembled it nicely. Then design your cover chocolate gift box with your own designer

Your chocolate gift box is ready!

Ready to present and make the centrepiece of your event.

Bread Showpiece

Hi......

How are you? I'm hope you'll fine. For today, I'd like to sharing with you guys how to make the bread showpiece. 

And we're gonna do WINDMILL for bread showpiece today.

Make a dough from the same weight for salt and flour

Rest a dough for awhile

Ready to roll the dough

Measure the windmill measurement and cut

Make the all sides of windmill

Make a small dot by using a fork for release the air in the dough and rest it for awhile

Lastly, assembled all the parts of windmill with caramel sugar and vanished it

Ready to present and make the centerpiece for you event!

Fish & Swan coating with Butterscrupture

Hi.......

First of all, welcome to my blog. This absolutely my first entry. Thanks for your support to blog walking to our blog. 

For the first entry, we like to share with you all how to make a swan and fish from polystyrene.

Draft a design of swan on the polystyrene

Cut the polystyrene by using a blade. Start with cut the wing

After that, shaping the neck of the swan. It quite hard to make it round shape. Always careful when you are going to shaping the neck

clean up and reshaping the swan

Until you get a pretty swan by using polystyrene

Now we make the fish by using the same material but we coating the fish with pastry margerine for the full result

Draft the fish with coral on polystyrene

Same step with swan

Use pastry margerine for coating the fish and coral

Coat the fish until you can't see the polysterene

For the scale, make the small ball of pastry margerine and put it on the body of the fish

Coated until it cover the whole body of the fish.

Finished! Now you have an unique swan and fish!
